For four days, we step away from the noise. Sixteen people, gathered in a private villa in Tulum, surrounded by palms, still water, and space to finally exhale.

✦ ✦ ✦

You've built a life that works on paper. You show up for your work, your people, your responsibilities.

But underneath it, you're tired in a way that rest alone hasn't fixed.

This is for you if:

  • You're carrying a lot and it's starting to catch up with you
  • You feel successful, but not fully well
  • You want more than a quick reset—you want a sustainable shift
  • You're craving space to think, feel, and breathe again

A rhythm designed to restore.

Mornings that begin slowly.

Afternoons with spaciousness, therapeutic processing, and community — in conversation or in solitude.

Evenings shared over dinner and connection, where conversations go deeper than they do at home.

Expert guidance, facilitated by mental health professionals with over 10 years of experience.

Everything is intentional. Nothing is rushed.

Three experienced guides

She brings a calm, grounded presence and a thoughtful perspective built across nonprofit settings, clinical leadership, and her own private practice.

A space designed for rest.

The villa is secluded, intentional, and beautiful in the most intentional way.

A private compound in the jungle of Tulum, built for the kind of presence that's hard to find anywhere else.

Private plunge pools in every room. Long tables built for the kind of dinner where no one reaches for their phone. Bedrooms designed for true rest.

This is the environment that makes the inner work and lasting transformation possible.

We cap this retreat at sixteen and we curate the group on purpose. Group cohesion is the quiet engine of the work, which is why this is an application, not a checkout button.

F&Q

Who will be guiding the retreat? +

This retreat is led by three highly experienced therapists and breathwork facilitators. We each bring years of clinical training and hands-on experience supporting individuals through anxiety, burnout, trauma, and major life transitions. Alongside that, we're trained in breathwork and somatic practices that support nervous system regulation and deeper integration. You'll be held by a team that knows how to create both safety and meaningful depth — so the experience feels supportive, grounded, and genuinely impactful.

Who is this retreat for? +

People who are carrying a lot — professionally, emotionally, or both — and who sense they need a structured pause with a small, safe group. You don't have to be in crisis. You don't have to have a meditation practice. You do need to be willing to slow down, be witnessed, and be open to meaningful change.

Who is this retreat not for? +

This retreat is not a good fit for active mental-health crises, acute trauma processing, or substance-use recovery. If you are experiencing one of those chapters, we encourage you to contact your personal trusted clinician first for immediate next steps and we'd love to see your application for a future cohort.

What's included in the price? +

Three nights of lodging at the villa, all meals prepared by a private chef (thoughtful of dietary needs), airport transfer from Cancun or Tulum, all programming — breathwork, workshops, circle work, and more — plus all materials and a closing gift. Not included: your flight to Mexico, travel insurance, or any private add-ons.

How do rooms work? +

Most participants share a beautifully appointed room with one other participant — we match roommates thoughtfully based on application responses. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and private plunge pool. Solo rooms are available, offered first to those for whom solitude is medically or personally necessary.

What does a payment plan look like? +

25% deposit on acceptance, 50% due September 9, 2026, final 25% due October 9, 2026. We can also process the full amount at deposit if you prefer. All prices are in USD.

What if I need to cancel? +

Full refund through July 6, 2026. After that, payments are non-refundable because our venue operates on the same timeline, though you're welcome to transfer your seat to a friend with our approval.

How do I get there? +

Fly into Cancun International (CUN) or Tulum International (TQO). TQO is closer — about 40 minutes. CUN is about two hours. We coordinate group shuttles from both airports at scheduled times and will share details after acceptance.

If something in you softened while reading this — that's worth listening to.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and the cohort is capped at sixteen. We expect to close applications when we fill — typically two to three months ahead of the retreat.
